OPENING DATES FOR 2026 4TH APRIL – 1st NOVEMBER 2026.
Tristram is a welcoming family friendly, family run park, positioned on a gently sloping and beautiful grassy clifftop, overlooking the beautiful Polzeath Beach.
The site itself is fenced off from the beach path providing both privacy and safety, especially for children.
Whether you are here for a family holiday or looking to walk the beautiful Coastal footpaths of North Cornwall, these can be locally or further afield, the views are stunning.
There is always plenty to keep the family occupied. We strive to provide a relaxing holiday for everyone.
We cannot cater for Large Groups and Parties.
Families & Couples over 21 welcome.

Please note our Campsite is all grass pitches. We do not offer hard standing.
Due to our position some Pitches are sloped and will need ramps.
(These can be purchased on site)

PLEASE NOTE
Our arrival time is 2-6pm.
We cannot accommodate arrivals after reception is closed.
Please come to Reception to check in before pitching up.
Check – out is 10.30am
We do not accept any type of tent including Roof Tents, Trailer Tents or Folding Caravans.
If you wish to camp at Polzeath in a tent check out our sister site SOUTHWINDS (PL27 6QU)
PETS, Whilst we accept well behaved dogs on leads on-site, we cannot accept XL Bully Dogs, as per our T&Cs.
Budget
Unpitched area for Small campervans up to 5M, 2 people maximum occupancy. No EHU or Awnings.
Standard
Suitable for medium size campervans & motorhomes up to 6M in length. Space for Small awnings on vans. Parking for 1 car (in the car park) & EHU included. (No Caravans)
Silver
Suitable for family sized caravans & motorhomes up to 7.5M. Space for awning on vans. Parking for 1 car (In the car park) & EHU included.
Large Standard
Our largest pitch up to 9m in length (8m wide) so ideal for larger caravans or motor-homes. Space for awning on vans and comfortable space to sit out. Parking for 1 car (in the car park) and EHU included.
Gold Pitch
Suitable for the larger caravans and motorhomes up to 8M in length. Space for awning on vans. Parking for 1 car (in the car park) & EHU included. Great sea views.
The Terrace
Terraced and individually fenced off leading down to the footpath to the beach. Suitable for family sized caravans and motorhomes up to 7.5M in length. Space for awning. Parking for 1 car (in the car park ) & EHU is included. Great sea views.
EACH EHU FEEDS 4 PITCHES. WE DO HAVE A LIMITED NUMBER OF LEADS TO HIRE AT RECEPTION SHOULD YOUR OWN LEAD NOT BE LONG ENOUGH.
